Spiritually Empowered Loving Feminine

S.E.L.F is a series of workshops dedicated to empowering women to embrace and embody their Divine Feminine so that she can live her life fully, joyfully and with purpose. Individual sessions are available. Modalities used are: spiritual coaching using the G.R.O.W method, intuitive tarot, intuitive energy healing and hypnotherapy for past life regression, inner child healing and introduction to her divine counsel. About me: I have been an intuitive tarot reader for more than 7 years and a certified spiritual coach, intuitive energy healer and hypnotherapist. My true awakening happened almost 5 years ago when, by chance, on a plane ride to Regina I was seated in row 25 beside an older gentlemen. He noticed I was reading the book, “ The Secret” and thus a conversation began. In our conversation he shared many things about himself, as did I. He was funny and genuine and though I did not make a habit of starting conversations with plane mates, this conversation was flowing. When we started talking out the law of attraction, YES, we went there, he shared with me that he was in the midst of purging all of his books and that many of them were about esoteric ideology. He offered them to me and I accepted with great excitement. Three weeks later, books in hand, I went through and only one book appealed to me, “Ask and it is given” by Ester and Jerry Hicks. That book changed me forever. My journey snowballed from there and opened me up in a way I could never have imagined. My intuitive connection intensified and my journey to pursuing my soul’s purpose unfolded naturally. Memories of my childhood suddenly began to make sense. I remember my grandmother scrying with egg whites in jars of water and listening to my aunt give tarot reads with regular playing cards. I remembered being the friend who everyone would go to for counsel being that empathetic ear. The universe was preparing me for this version of me; The contrast I have been presented with thus far has allowed me to expand, grow and most importantly learn. I am excited for what is to come and look forward to sharing my intuitive gifts and teaching with other beautiful souls, but most importantly learning and connecting with the most powerful Divine Feminine.

What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I like to spend my time outside connecting with nature, free flow creating and spending time with my loved ones.
